  I really enjoyed the experience itself, but customer service for the membership has been extremely difficult to navigate. I have not received responses to emails or calls. In May 2025, I requested to pause my membership due to a tattoo. I emailed and received no response, then called twice requesting a call back to confirm. I was still charged on June 2, July 2, and August 2. At that point, I removed my credit card from the online system. In October, after returning for a float for the first time since my tattoo, I experienced a significant skin reaction (hives along my back). I intended to follow up at the time but was apprehensive with the difficulty reaching anyone, and then experienced a personal loss shortly after. Since January, I have reached out 3 times via email explaining the reaction and that I could provide time-stamped photos, requesting a refund for unused credits and have not received a response. I currently have 4 credits totaling $269. I genuinely enjoyed the floats themselves, but the lack of communication and inability to resolve billing issues has been frustrating.

  The salt bath was amazing! I felt weightless, like I was floating in outer space. It also loosened my pinched nerve and alleviated pain! I'm addicted.

  Return to float after far too long - I’d forgotten how amazing it feels! Super clean set up, from the private rooms to the primp area for after - staff was helpful and answered any and all questions. It’s so very worth the trip up 70 from MoCo for this experience!

  Just had my first float with them last week and would DEFINITELY come back - it was clean, the staff was friendly and explained everything, and the process was straightforward. Highly recommend!
