Front initial visit to pick up the sales rep was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience! Would highly recommend them to everyone.

My initial experience with The Good Feet Store was awesome because Autumn was awesome. Autumn was personable, knowledgeable and patient. The customer service alone had me sold! As far as the inserts, it is too early to tell; however, I can tell a difference because I can stand longer in my kitchen while wearing my Relaxer inserts....progress!

$10 worth of plastic and packaging for $1500. Do yourself a favor and go to a podiatrist for real custom inserts. Maybe these work for some, but not in my case. Followed the instructions to a T. No help whatsoever. Way overpriced too.

Update: If I could give 0 stars to this company I would. I recieved a phone call from the manager which was also the salesman, the next day after posting the first review. After trying to convince me to come back to try a different support system, he informed me again that my only option is store credit. He also asked if I could increase the star rating in order to give other "victims: (my choice of words not his) a chance at coming in and trying their products. What you will read next is a continuation of that dreaded day that I spent $1500. I went back to the store with my reciept and product to exchange for shoes. There is a very limited amount of shoe choices on display. There might be 10 tennis shoe choice and a handfull of sandels, a house shoe or bedroom slipper, flip flops and thats about it. There are even less choices for men I dont need socks, shoe laces, heal lifts or shoe inserts. Every shoe that I picked out was either out of stock, not in my or my husbands size or not in the color I wanted. She brought out similar shoes in dfferent colors which I reluctantly settled and took home. I came home with 4 pairs, 3 of which I will be returning. Again, I have $1500 in store credit with limited stock to choose from. I do not think I will ever be able to spend this amount of store credit in my lifetime. I will not stop reviewing this company. I have already posted on BBB and will continue to review on every platform I can so that consumers will be aware of this archaic return policy. The following paragraph is my first review. Giving 1 star has nothing to do with the salesman,I have no complaints about him other than he did not mention the return policy which is store credit only. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable in all aspects of the product and its lifetime guarantee. Wouldn’t the return policy be something he should mention? 100% yes in my opinion. I saw an ad on tv advertising as a custom fit store. This is false advertising. Everyone gets the same supports. The imprint they take of your foot is all for show, indicating the print gives them direction on which inserts would best supports each individual's particular stance and gate. This is also false. Everyone gets the exact same box of 3 lifts. I am 67 and grasping for anything to improve quality of life after back, hip and knee surgeries. I am desperate for any help to be able to walk without pain again. Approximately $1500 later and I have zero faith of improvement by wearing these . I would be happy to give this store 5 stars if the owner would reach out and refund my purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store

How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?

Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.

I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?

Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
