  Been to various One Life gyms and this is probably the worst one. Why isn’t there a sauna in the women’s bathroom?? The men have one. The area with the machines is so cramped! You have to awkwardly shuffle past people. The fact that you can see directly into the group fitness room is embarrassing. I would hate to be in there feeling like a fish in a tank. The staff is friendly but the layout is terrible. At least it’s clean.

  Whenever I’m in town, this has been my go-to gym and ultimately one of my favorite Onelife locations! Not only is the layout great, but as a woman who loves to lift, this has also been a safe place for me which I deeply appreciate.

  I’ve had an amazing experience at One Life Fitness South Frederick! The facility is always clean, spacious, and equipped with top-of-the-line machines. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the trainers are knowledgeable and motivating. There’s a great variety of classes and plenty of equipment, so it never feels overcrowded. It’s hands down one of the best gyms in the area. Highly recommend.

  I was visiting Frederick, Maryland and worked out here on a guest pass. I LOVED it so much, and wish we had a Onelife where I live!! Not only was the machinery new and well-kept, there were free weights in several sections of the gym, a womens only workout area, a huge turf area with TRX, mats, balls, etc. The "Recovery" room has these amazing hydro massage chairs and they are GREAT, not like those cheap ones at another gym. I put the pressure all the way up to 10 and it was just what I needed. Great customer service, everyone was friendly and looked like they enjoyed their jobs. If I lived here, I would definitely join this gym.

  Since I changed gyms. South Frederick one life is amazing. The staff is very nice and loving. This place is more than a gym its feels like a home that everyone is welcome. The gym is is clean and updated any one looking for a new gym pls doth change to this gym.
