- ABAndrew Beadle5 days ago5.0The staff at the Frederick office of Miracle-Ear is great. Jim and Lindsey are obviously well trained in their products and audiology. They are patient and explain what they are doing, how hearing aids can help, and what hearing aids can — and can’t — do. They answer all my questions, and explain things in a way I can understand. I have never had a problem making appointments, including for emergency visits, thanks in large part to Qua. I am always glad to see her and hear her voice when she confirms appointments. She is super friendly and welcoming to everyone who comes in. The lobby is clean, neat, and comfortable. It’s never over-crowded with anxious patients. I have never been kept waiting for my appointment, nor have I ever felt rushed to get out. The whole staff makes sure I feel welcome and valued. It’s pretty remarkable.
