I feel great, less pain, minimal acid reflux, dry eyes not as dry, and my immune system is in high gear, allowing me to ward off two rounds of illness from work and family. However, more attention is needed to maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality. The consultation room has a window into a treatment room, which is only partially obscured. During my consultation I could see into the treatment room, and during my treatment I saw into the consultation room where a consultation was taking place. Additionally, a laptop with patients' appointments and first and last names was left open and visible to patients on top of the wall separating two treatment areas.
