  They saved my sight. The screw fell off my glasses and my sister took me to the nearest Foreyes. They only asked me what I needed and helped me right away. Great customer service. Thank you!

  My 88-year-old dad lives at Sunrise Senior Living in Frederick. He broke his glasses, so I drove over to For Eyes. A polite, pleasant gentleman quickly repaired and cleaned the glasses and didn't charge a penny! I was back at Sunrise with my dad less than 30 minutes after I left, and my dad couldn't believe how quickly his glasses were fixed! Thanks so much! Wishing you all of God's blessings!

  Appoint confirmed, completed check in days ahead of time. Construction site next door impedes parking lot entrance, had to loop around. Not five minutes late and was told to reschedule. I was looking forward to meeting this newest doctor, as I’ve been coming to this location through three doctors now, and I was curious what the story would be this time around. But I have lost all patience with these clowns. I won’t waste any more time getting into details about the sales side and their process. You have plenty of options that require less drama, take an appointment anywhere but here.

  I had a very unpleasant experience at For Eyes. I took my son for an eye exam after he was referred, and unfortunately, the visit was terrible. The staff member, Barbara, made the appointment personal and seemed to blame me for my son’s vision, trying to make me feel guilty for not wearing my own glasses. She even said, “How would you know his vision is bad if you can’t see yourself?” I’m an adult—I take care of my eyes and wear glasses when needed. Her comments were unnecessary and made the experience uncomfortable. She also seemed frustrated that my 7-year-old had trouble understanding her directions, even though he was trying his best. Despite the unpleasantness, we did get my son’s glasses, but I will never return to this location. The approach and attitude were completely inappropriate and unprofessional.
