Not only I made myself clear to one of the workers. That I have a driving test exam that is coming up in two weeks. If I order my glasses now would I be able to received it on time?! She reassured me that yes, it would be! Not only Ive called wk by wk to get the status. No one called to informed me that it would take a month in order for me to pickup my glasses. Not only I've missed having my glasses for my driving exam but also having glasses period! Their customer service is terrible. No apologetics about the terrible services that I not only received but no discounts service for a 300.00 pair of glasses that I brought from this place. And on top of that very rude and disrespectful of how I received when asking how much longer do I need to wait on my glasses?! PLEASE IF YOU EVER COME ACROSS THIS PLACE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! THE SERVICE HERE IS TERRIBLE!!! THEY LIE OF HOW LONG YOU WILL BE ABLE TO GET YOUR GLASSES ALSO.

The lense and frame pricing wasn't explained very well, barely at all actually, and was constantly told "we're running a sale I can probably get it for you cheaper than through insurance". No help or guidance on how to chose the right frame size for my face, just here you go pick on out. Get to my car to realize they tack on a $29 "protection" plan they made no mention of nor did I approve; the saleswoman did remove it without hesitation. To be clear she was friendly enough, but about as helpful as a wet tissue. The bill breakdown is convoluted and I can't make heads or tails of why the prices and discounts listed are what they are. As for the "sale" I left with the distinct *impression* they have an incentive (more profit) to bill direct vs through insurance. My frames were I believe $70 over allowance, never given any lense pricing info, and I ultimately left paying a lot more than I expected. I'd rather not wait until I get to the counter to understand what and why I'm paying.
