From the moment I walked in she was warm, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right solution. I have been struggling with progressive lenses for years that never seemed to work well at any distance. There was so little usable lens area that I constantly felt like I was searching for the “right spot” to see clearly. Nicole took the time to really listen to my concerns. She didn’t rush the appointment. Instead, she asked thoughtful questions, carefully evaluated my needs, and explained my options in a way that made perfect sense. Her recommendations were based on sound judgment and tailored specifically to me — and I finally feel confident that I’m getting the right solution. She is patient, kind, extremely personable, and incredibly easy to talk to. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. I imagine she must be amazing with children, seniors, and anyone with special needs because of how naturally compassionate and attentive she is. Honestly, I was a little sad when the appointment was over — that’s how comfortable and well cared for I felt. I wish all of my doctors were as wonderful to work with as Nicole Crampton. I give her my highest recommendation!
