  I have been to see Dr. Mitchell a few times now. I was always pleased with her service. The last time I went, in February, I got an hour-long runaround regarding my insurance. I had the insurance company ON THE PHONE to verify, and the front desk employees still would not clear me for my appointment. Finally, Dr. Mitchell sent her assistant out to bring me back for my appointment and said that we could work out the kinks later. I had been a patient there several times and it wasn't as if I didn't have insurance. They would not even allow me to pay out of pocket to just have my appointment that day. I was very grateful that Dr. Mitchell intervened on my behalf. Fast forward to November 14th. I had a follow-up appointment on the books since February. I scheduled several personal things around this appointment since it seems that dermatology visits are in high demand. I was unable to assist a family member who had just been through a major surgery due to wanting to keep this appointment. I arrived for my appointment only to find the doors were locked and the posted sign said they were closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday or by appointment only. I had never received any notice about my appointment being cancelled and have yet to receive any feedback after an attempt at both calling and leaving a message via their klara app. I am now on the hunt for a new dermatologist as it appears that Dr. Mitchell is no longer with the group.

  I was referred to Anne Arundel Dermatology when I moved to Frederick County. Dr. Mitchell and the entire staff are everything good that you could want in a Medical Office. Each one is professional, personal and warm. In addition, all the processes are designed with the patient in mind. For example, making appointments, filling out medical forms, and waiting before appointments are all easy and efficient. This is a great medical office. If you need to see a Dermatologist, you will be pleased if you go here.

  Dr. Mitchell and her team are wonderful! They were so patient with my child and provided support and encouragement throughout her treatment!

  This was my very first visit to this office and Dr. Mitchell was very kind and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable, answered all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend her and this practice.
