This is the worst pharmacy —and as someone who has a chronic illness for over 20 years I’ve dealt with many pharmacies. On multiple occasions, I’ve been told my prescriptions needed prior authorization, only to confirm with both my Dr and insurance that no prior authorization was required. There have been repeated issues with canceled fills, incorrect insurance billing (even after I was assured outdated insurance was removed), and a complete lack of notification about delays or problems. Each time, I’ve had to follow up myself just to be met with the staff’s consistently rude attitude. Customers should not have to fight this hard just to access their prescribed medication.

Very much unorganized pharmacy. You’ll be going there every just to get you’re prescription filled.

If I could give zero stars or negative stars, I would. This really is the worst pharmacy I've ever been too. They open late, the customer service is horrible, they bill/code incorrectly almost every time and most importantly, they never have the prescriptions ready! Anyone who is taking life saving medications know how important it is to have your prescriptions filled on time or within a reasonable time. As the other reviewer mentioned, they tell you a time it will be ready and it is NEVER ready. I'm not talking about a few minutes but DAYS late. If you try to do the nice thing and give them more time to fill it, that is a mistake because they will never get to it. You have to keep driving all the way back to the store to keep checking on it. I have moved all of my prescriptions and had all of my family and friends move theirs too. Save yourself the headache, and possibly your life (quite literally) and don't use this pharmacy.
