  This pharmacy needs better leadership. It does not matter if I am there first thing when they open, they are either late, disorganized or can’t figure out who is supposed to be doing what. Get there around 10 or 11am, with maybe one or two people ahead of you and there is always a seeming crisis or Difficulty finding the prescription, working the register or doing their basic job. Then by the time you finally get to your turn invariably they have to search 5-8 minutes at least for your name and prescription and almost always have to consult with the pharmacist who honestly seems just as lost and confused. Come on Giant, this is not difficult. Hire and pay for good people. I am literally one final step from taking my business elsewhere.

  TERRIBLE pharmacy. If you call and ask if they have a hard to find medication in stock, they will lie and say yes. Have your script sent to them, call, and find out it was never in stock and is back ordered. If you take medication for serious needs, DO NOT TRUST. I get to spend a week off my critical meds during a work trip because of these liars. It’s now too late for me to find a pharmacy in the state that has it in stock. Worse than CVS pharmacy and that is saying something.
