  This is a previous review from 4 months ago: “Doctor said he was going to get a brace for me, he took 40 minutes. I heard him talking in the hall for 10 minutes, and when I asked for an update he got irritated and kept making comments like "if you go to a hospital you're gonna wait 4 hours", "you gotta have patience, there's so many people here waiting to get checked out". If there's so many people then why have you been just standing there talking not doing anything. All I needed was the brace, I could have figured it out on my own and both could have gone on our way instead of the doctor making multiple comments at me.” Today, I was at this office and heard the same exact lines from a nurse/doctor with a white beard. “if you go to a hospital you're gonna wait 4 hours" This was after waiting 40 mins for test results and found said doctor talking about party plans with other nurses. He was very rude and disrespectful. Highly recommend staying away.

  Had to go in to take care of 3 tests and I went for my knee problems and they treated me with such care. I will come back everytime for my sicknesses.

  I’ve gone 3 times already (twice for cold/flu related visits, once for an injury) and I’ve had a pleasant experience every time. Though the wait time varies depending on how busy it is, my most recent visit for my injury took me about 30mins total while the longest took me about 3hrs due to a full waiting room (of course, during peak cold/flu season). Staff is typically kind and they’re all working hard despite how busy it can get. Medical assistants and physicians listen to your questions and concerns and also explain things fairly thoroughly. It’s nice they have an x-ray machine there as not all urgent cares do.
