There weren't any packs available, but an associate named Reva went out of her way to provide a new one! Turned out the type of nosepad I needed was specifically made for my frames, but she did surgery (scissors, pliers, etc) and everything to put on a replacement! I am so grateful for her kindness, she really didn't need to do that. Totally needs a raise. 💯

My prescriptions from the exam before that disappeared from the website. I’ve complained to corporate and they have said there is nothing they can do. I had to block the store manager. She attempted to call me 15 times in one day. The Target Optical at Columbia said they have heard this issue before. This is illegal and I have filed a complaint with the FTC. I will be filing a complaint with the state optometry board.
