- TSToni StoneAug 10, 20255.0My family & I have been using this specific Safeway pharmacy for over 20 years. They can get very busy but that happens to every business. We have always been treated kindly and respectfully. We’ve waited patiently in line when they are busy and been able to get a quick turnaround when we’ve had a more urgent need. I’ve called with questions and gotten answers. I’m seeing a few negative reviews lately and feel like I needed to share my experiences. Customers can be very impatient but this pharmacy staff is hard working and should be given the benefit of the doubt.

They never answer their phones and when you FINALLY call 12 times and get someone on the phone, they say that your prescription will be ready in a hour. Then go to the pharmacy and give them extra time.. (like two hours) and it still isn't completed. I called the pharmacy while I was waiting in line just to see what their problem was.. they just continued to talk to each other and let the phone ring. HORRIBLE!
