I have been calling and emailing for weeks with no response and corporate continued to refer me to her. But I have never seen or heard from her. I'm cancelling my membership just to keep them out my bank account and plan to file a small claims suit since they continue to steal from my account by can't return a phone call or email or complaint on their app.
