On top of it, this year I started having migraines almost every week, which I did not initially attribute with the neck pain but having consulted my PCP and optometrist, I realized the neck pain could be causing it after all. When I walked into Dr. Jeff and Dr. Kerry's office, the neck pains and migraines were almost chronic, but with their treatment plan consisting of weekly chiropractic adjustments and stretching exercises at home, the pain was drastically reduced in the span of ~2 months and now I can do my regular activities with almost no neck pain, stiffness, and migraines. It was truly a gift to be able to find such caring, professional, and competent chiropractors, and this wonderful experience has left me with a new appreciation for natural treatments and practicing good habits! This was one of the best decisions I've made and I wish I did it sooner!
