  I wish I could do a no star review. This location has a Starbucks. It’s probably one of the worse Starbucks you can visit. The staff is untrained to make basic drinks. They’re rude and extremely unprofessional. They commonly don’t have items available on the Menu. I’ve decided to take all of my business elsewhere!!!

  I want to give a big thank you to Harris Teeter employee Rowan! I went in this morning to get balloons for my son’s birthday party, and she was so professional, quick, and kind. This was such a different experience compared to a past visit, where another employee was unprofessional and complained the entire time while helping me with balloons. Rowan completely changed my perception of Harris Teeter’s customer service. She made the process easy, stress-free, and truly helped make my son’s birthday party extra special. Thank you, Rowan, for delivering number one customer service!

  I don't understand why the pharmacy needs to completely close at 2pm daily for the employee breaks. There has to be a better way than shutting down the entire pharmacy in the middle of the day. I went there once and had to wait for the break to be over, and when the staff came back, it was 2 people! Why couldn't they have staggered the breaks instead of taking them both at the same time and having to pause business? Annoying.
