  Google, you might want to think about having a zero Stars option. This stire is horrible for customer service. Their phones are not answered, the prompts are circuitous and incomplete at that, and if by Miracle you do get to speak with someone they can't give you a straight answer. The delivery service is the worst I have ever seen and I have used various supermarkets over the years for deliveries. Their produce is most of the time, is already going bad. I used to have a yearly subscription to their delivery service but got so incredibly frustrated I canceled it. Now I am going to frequent a different grocery store and forget giant altogether.

  If you see the curly hair nerdy looking guy working it’s best to walk away. He is so incredibly rude to customers. He yelled at an old man in front of me and when I asked him if the pharmacy had rapid Covid or flu tests he mocked me to his coworkers saying why would he know that after I walked away. It was so loud I could hear it an aisle away. I am disgusted that someone like that is supposed to be helping those in need of medication and I’m sure it’s not his first time laughing at others either. Go to the Walgreens down the street instead, they are so much kinder there and will actually help you. I plan on changing my pharmacy to them instead of being insulted.

  They claim they open at 9 AM. When actually they didn’t open until 9:15 AM. The person that work in the front desk was late and then had to log onto the system. Which intern made me late for work.
