Throughout the appointment, there was an excessive focus on lengthy documentation, which significantly detracted from meaningful patient interaction and clinical assessment. Documents should a the least be emailed 24-48!hours before the visit, since the forms must be completed before seeing the doctor. The time spent completing paperwork appeared disproportionate to the actual evaluation and treatment provided, leaving me feeling rushed, unheard, and inadequately cared for.
