Kayla challenged me. She’s an amazing instructor. TBH, I understand estimated Pilates the fact that I am an active person. I workout 5-6 times a week, my workout consists of weight lifting, soca, Zumba, running/walking 5k, cycling. I can feel my hamstrings, core, oblique, and abs sore the next day after Pilates class.

Club Pilates has been a game changer for me. Not only am I getting a good workout but it’s a great way to decompress and prioritize my self care. I am learning so many things about Pilates and how it can benefit the well being of your mind and body. The instructors and staff are so helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The environment is supportive, fun and welcoming to anyone who wants to explore Pilates and to those who are more experienced as well.

I’d been waiting forever for a Pilates studio to open near me, so I signed up the moment this one was announced—and I’ve never regretted it. After a car accident left me with lingering back and shoulder pain that treatments couldn’t fully resolve, a few months of classes here made a huge difference. Each instructor brings a unique style, and while I definitely have my favorites, I genuinely love the whole studio. I can’t wait to see it continue to grow!

Unacceptable Experience - Poor Class Availability and Inflexible Policies
I have been a member of this gym since May, and my experience has been consistently frustrating. Despite paying for a monthly plan that includes 8 classes, I am lucky if I can attend even 5. The reason? Every class I try to book is always on the waiting list. It’s impossible to secure a spot at my preferred times, making it feel like a waste of money.
To make matters worse, today I arrived 6 minutes late due to road construction and heavy traffic. Instead of showing understanding, the staff rudely informed me that being 5 minutes late means I cannot join the class. No flexibility, no empathy—just a strict, uncompromising policy.
This combination of a broken booking system and disrespectful treatment of customers is absolutely unacceptable. I will not be renewing my membership and do not recommend this gym to anyone.

I went in for a free trial and am excited to start my adventure with Club Pilates. The associates who welcomed me that day were very warm and caring, they took us through an example class and even though I struggled with the equipment and methods, they were kind and took the time to show me how to do things. I can tell you after 30 min, wow, I can feel where my muscles were worked in different areas of my out of shape body. While it is a little pricey, I ak excited to start with this club and continue my Pilates journey! Highly recommend folks check them out.
