    This medical organization escalated me to a collection agency claiming non-payment. However, I have never been to this establishment ever. I have never seen the doctor listed on the invoice. I have never been to their location on Dobbin Lane. On the so-called date of service, I was at work all day. I consider this medical billing fraud and plan to report it to CMS.
