  I recently saw Bailey Brenden for my annual physical, and the experience with the provider and in-office staff was excellent. I highly recommend Bailey as he is patient, thorough, and very communicative. The front desk team is also kind and welcoming. However, since the transition to CloseKnit, the overall experience has become increasingly frustrating. It’s no longer possible to speak directly with the front desk. Instead, calls are routed through a centralized system, which often involves long hold times (20+ minutes), only for the representative to act as a middle person relaying information back and forth. When follow-up questions come up, they’re often unable to answer because they don’t have direct access to the office’s information. At my doctor’s request, I tried to contact the front desk with an update, and it’s been very difficult to do so. I’ve also attempted to use the patient portal, but haven’t received a response. The care itself is great, but the new communication system is making it unnecessarily hard to interact with the office. I hope this process can be improved, as it significantly impacts the overall patient experience.

  Terrific experience from the front door all the way through to the follow-up post visit. I felt very well cared for.

  Front desk staffs have been horrible, but now as of Jan 6th 2026', they are whole lot worse as if there's no such as management. They act as they are above customers / patients, rude, no greetings whatsoever.... I was always being told to sit there and wait every time I walked in for my appt, right no greeting even I said Hi. I watched another lady patient came in, greeted politely and said she talked to someone and they were able to take walk-ins, but the staff told her no walk-ins, go elsewhere like patient first. then said out loud (for me to hear) "how arrogant!" to that patient. Doctors? They do not respond to any messages whenever my family members message them over the medications they prescribed doesn't work and pharmacy telling me It shouldn't be taken together with current medications. I do not know if this place has any management at all but this is not acceptable!!! Right, I'm going elsewhere from now.

  All Care Facility provides a very convenient and professional experience. The staff are well-organized, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring.
