Then when they realized they messed up, they still could not fill it in a timely manner when i showed up to pick it up. They seem short staffed. People are nice, but there is nobody there to keep things running efficiently

Maybe they have too much volume for the staff - but the wait is simply too long (close to an hour for drop off... which shouldn't be a drop off because I had providers fax or call in the scripts which I guess were never received... on each occasion). I get the majority of my prescriptions filled now at a CVS Centennial Lane which is a 15-20 minute additional drive from our residence (and you can't grocery shop) - simply because I burn an hour + waiting at this Giant. I've had prescriptions faxed and/or called in to try and save time - when I go to pick them up I'm told "they're not in the system".... just wait...
