  I am a hard stick with having tiny veins and had to have A LOT of blood drawn. I can't remember the lady's name who did my labs, but she made me feel comfortable and chatted with me the entire time (I'm also very squeamish!). The only thing is that she was the only one running things at this location. There really should be more staff to support her (at least someone up front in addition to her), and a phlebotomist should be present for patients like me who need a lot drawn. Even with being short-staffed, she didn't show stress and was very patient and friendly!

  Quick service. Friendly. I'm not the easiest blood draw and she do a fabulous job. Got my vein on the first try with no pain and minimal bruising. Very impressed!

  I was called back to get my blood work done very soon after I arrived and the phlebotomist, Beth, was incredibly sweet and friendly!

  Zero stars isn't low enough for this location. My family came in for routine bloodwork and encountered an exceptionally rude and nasty phlebotomist. She mispronounced my mom’s name and became defensive when corrected. She was incompetent in processing her insurance and refused to proceed unless my mom provided her a credit card for a $1000 charge. When my mom tried to provide her with the insurance card again, this woman scolded my mom for not memorizing her insurance ID number. Seriously? She also asked if my mom wanted a urine test, and when my mom asked reasonable questions about it, the phlebotomist snapped, “It’s a yes or no question,” in a dismissive and condescending tone. At that point, after multiple hostile interactions my mom rightfully walked out. Another phlebotomist stepped in to help, resolving the insurance ‘issue’ immediately and completing the blood draw with no trouble. The lab work did get done, but this experience permanently damaged our trust and respect for Quest. Staff members like this have no business interacting with patients and are not equipped to handle their healthcare needs. We will NEVER return to this location and likely not to Quest Diagnostics at all.
