I have made 3 appointments with them, 2 of which I showed up for them to tell me at my appt time that I had some issue with my referral. The first time I had my referral but it wasn't an "insurance referral". The second time I was able to be seen. There were no issues that day. Today I drove the 45 minutes from my new house to the office for my appointment I scheduled when I was in the office leaving my last appointment. No word from them other than to confirm my appointment, but my referral apparently expired the 1st of the month, which the front desk let me know when I went to check in. Offered me to pay out of pocket if I wanted to still be seen today. My referral was for 6 visits, scheduled at 6 month increments. Somehow that referral only worked for 1 visit and I was supposed to somehow know this with no word from the office. So now I have moved my work schedule around and wasted 90 minutes of driving and gas for absolutely nothing. This was for a skin cancer screening, best hope I dont develop another melanoma prior to finding another practice. Do better.
