    Such a mess trying to get my prescription here. It should have been filled on a Monday, but I got a message saying they they had to order it but it would be ready by 3:00 Tuesday. Stopped by on the Tuesday after 3, which was the day I really needed to start the prescription, and they still had not received it. They suggested transferring the prescription somewhere else which could take up to 72 hours, or I could wait for it to definitely for sure be in on Thursday. I waited until Thursday rather than trying to deal with different pharmacies and potentially delaying my prescription further, but when I called Thursday they STILL did not have it. At this point I am incredibly frustrated and did start calling other pharmacies to see if I could find it in stock elsewhere. One of the other pharmacists from a different company said "Why don't they just fill it with a generic? There should be multiple options for them to fill the same drug." I called back Harris Teeter and lo and behold, they can fill it with a different brand name and have it ready in 15 minutes. The fact that this had gone on for multiple days through multiple conversations with multiple people and none of the Harris Teeter employees thought of this or offered it as a solution is mind boggling. I wasted way too much time on the phone and in person over this debacle to want to use Harris Teeter pharmacy again.
