  Whoever the pharmacist is who is currently working @ 4:48 pm on 4/28/25 is extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited on the line for 40 minutes to call in a prescription for a patient and was greeted with an attitude and "you chose to wait to call it in you could have left a voicemail". We typically recommend this pharmacy to our clients as a busy veterinary facility but not anymore. Thank you for the negative experience. Mind you the pharmacist didn't even introduce themselves. I did my due diligence to wait as I know prescriptions aren't always clearly given over voicemail and wanted to ensure our client had everything they needed. I was greeted with smart unnecessary remarks. After I finished my statement for the prescription, the pharmacist hung up on me before I even had the chance to ask when the medication would be ready. The pharmacy tech was pleasant and apologetic for the wait though. Do better Giant!

  The pharmacists are usually very nice and accommodating. Some of the support staff are not friendly and don’t seem to know what they’re doing.

  I have never had an issue having my prescriptions filled at the Giant pharmacy in Dunkirk. They are always available and ready to go on time. Also the pharmacist who was disparaged in a previous review has administered a tetanus vaccine to me! He is not only qualified and knowledgeable, he is a pleasant and courteous individual. I have interacted with him many times as I have been a customer at this particular location for almost 10 years.
