  I got here at 10 as a walk-in, and they said they couldn't see me til 12:30 ☠️ I was the only person in the whole building and one of 2 cars in the parking lot.

  Quest diagnostics on holabird ave,Dundalk is the best place to have blood taken. Early 7am is the best time to get the phlebotomist that I see. She is definitely a 10 for sure.

  I wish I could give this place no stars. I walked in this office at 8:45 am on 03/20/2026. I scanned my insurance card and ID. I was the only patient there at the time so instead of an appointment. I chose walk in. I set there until 9:10. Without no one ever coming out to acknowledge that I was there. Then another patient came through the door. He stated he had been there earlier around 7 am. And left after no one came out to acknowledge that he was there. I then went up to the front desk and said hello, loud enough for someone to hear me in the back. A lady finally came out and told me she would be right with me. She stated that she was drawing someone blood. I said ok. Right after that two other patients walked in. She then came out and called the patient that said he was there since 7 am. She actually lied about having someone in the back and drawing there blood because no one came out before she called the patient after me. When she finished with him she then called both of the other ladies. I asked them what time was there appointment. One stated 10 and the other stated 10:30. She called both of them one right after the other and it was only 9:40. She never once called me. When she came back out I told her that I was going to make a complaint because she lied and stated she was drawing someone and that she would be right with me. Her name is Ann and I think she’s a racist. Me and the patient right after me. Were the only two African American patients. Everyone else was Caucasian. I called customer service and made a complaint. I will be getting in touch with a lawyer about this. Quest should not being hiring racist people. Knowing that, that person will have to attend to African Americans also. Ann was her name. And she needs to be fired. Zero ⭐️ for this place.

  Quest Dundalk is the only lab I will use for my blood work. The phlebotomist, Anne, is very efficient and excellent at finding my veins. There is usually no wait, and I am in and out of there very quickly.

  Incompetence at its best. The lady stuck me twice and still couldn’t get a vein. Caucasians need better training on finding veins on black people. I never have this issue with a person of color. SMH now I have to go somewhere else because she is the only one on shift. And she don’t even offer me a bandaid although I was bleeding, I had to ask her to give me one. Do better Quest
