  First and foremost, this place is in dire need of some rearranging. Just know that before signing up, perhaps take a walk around and have them explain the layout to you. I haven't been here in years, so it has definitely changed a bit since. I'm mostly here for the heavy bag area, which is pretty nice compared to other gyms. Other than that, there's plenty of machines, perhaps too many or too much of an assortment. A semi-chaotic floor plan is one thing that obviously hasn't changed at this location. Another thing I noticed was the amount of weights strewn all across the free weight area. I'd bet on that being caused by the lack of weight trees and overall clutter of equipment moreso than uncaring patrons. The lockeroom area is nice but the rest of the bathroom hasn't been updated, so that's a pretty stark contrast. At the end of the day, it's a gym and you'll get done what you need to get done one way or another but you'll have to maneuver through a hopeless hodgepodge of mismatched and needless equipment.

  Went in today to sign up for a membership the two young men working at the front desk was very polite and very helpful. I checked out a few gyms in the area like La fitness and the staff seemed rude and not friendly..

  Mike answered the phone very professionally, answered all my questions and was knowledgeable while also being authentic. I didn’t feel like I was getting some script read to me but instead I felt a normal interaction for this sole reason I’m getting my membership. edit: i’ve been to a couple of golds locations now and this has by far been the best Golds i’ve gone to, is golds dundalk the most renovated golds ever ? no. but does it have the most equipment i’ve seen? yes. and that goes a long way that even when it’s busy knowing i always can get a good workout out in. the staff is also great at this location

  DON’T COME HERE! All equipments are worn out planet fitness has way better and newer equipments and the price is not worth it they make it hard for you to cancel member ship By either making you come at the gym or doing it online but the online part is very hard to find the sign in button so it’s impossible for you to sign in
