From the moment I arrived, everyone on the staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The optometrist took the time to clearly explain the details of the eye exam and helped me understand how it relates to my overall health. One of the highlights of the visit was the test where they took a picture of my entire eyeball. It was fascinating to see the image displayed, as it provided insight into my overall health. The eye doctor made sure to explain everything thoroughly, which I greatly appreciated. After the exam, the staff continued to provide excellent support by assisting me in selecting a new pair of glasses and guiding me through my next steps for eye care. They were always ready to answer any questions I had, making the process straightforward and comfortable. I also appreciated the location of this Pearl Vision store; it is quiet, with minimal traffic, which allowed me to feel like the focus throughout my appointment. Having been a regular visitor, I recently learned about a change in ownership. Based on my experience, these changes have brought positive improvements to both the store and the overall eye care experience.
