  Horable customer service and when picking up medication it takes forever or they forget to fill it while your waiting then ask u to wait another 30 minutes after standing in a line for almost 30 minutes already

  I called in to check and see if my husband’s migraine meds were ready, and I could barely understand the pharmacy tech. I had to tell him 3 times I couldn’t understand him, for him to tell me there was nothing there. I clarified the doctor’s office told me there was something, because the insurance authorized it, he then cut me off, to then confirm it was there. He then started mumbling again, and finally I just told them I’d be there in a few moments. I waited 45 MINUTES IN LINE. I am LEGALLY deaf, and use a TTY software, and cannot always use an AI system. They need to speak clearly and speak up!

  Most incompetent pharmacy in the entire county. Constantly can't get their information right, interrupt people on the phone and also the red haired women that works here is extremely nasty.

  This is by far the worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Everyone you talk to there has a different story about why they can’t give you the proper information. One of these times they are gonna really mess up and get someone hurt or even worse. I’ll never go here ever again and if I was you I wouldn’t risk my health going here either!

  I called in a refill on a prescription that I only take as needed on their automated line on Saturday . The automated line said my script would be ready after 5pm that day. I went in on Sunday to pick it up only to be told they wouldn't refill it. My bottle said I have 2 refills before 2026. Their explanation didn't make sense. My issue is they never called me to tell me there was an issue. I'll call my doctor tomorrow to get it fixed, but a call would have been useful. They weren't nice about it either. They were acting like it was suspicious that the first script was written by an ER doctor and the second one by my PCP. Like having two prescriptions for the same meds was suspicious. I wish this pharmacy was more credible. When I contacted my PCP after not being notified by Martin's Pharmacy my prescription issue had been resolved, I found out the PCP had indeed reordered my prescription as Martin's required but Martin's had not contacted me. I think they're punishing me. I hope they aren't planning to slip me a mickey in my med bottle in retaliation.
