Worst pharmacy ever. Lines are always long, always at least a 30 minute wait. They tell you your script is ready then you get there and it's not. I called today to get my husbands script, the pharmacist said it was sitting right beside him and he just needed to check it, this was at 1:40 pm, I got there to pick it up at 4:15pm, and they told me they were out of it and I had to come back the next day. Not the first time this has happened. When you call they tell you it's ready, then you get there, and wait in line forever just to be told your script can't be filled and you have to come back another day. Customer service is horrible, and slow, there could be 20 ppl on line and they don't care, they never use the 2nd register. They are rude and act like they enjoy telling you that you can't have your meds, like they enjoy having the power over your meds.

Wait time 20-45 minutes. Tries to give medicines you DON'T want (Dr. Canceled) multiple times so you wait 40 min for nothing multiple times. Sends messages that are not accurate so you really have no clue whether you have medicine ready or not, and you show up and wait for nothing. Doesn't collaborate with doctor/insurance for prior authorizations, just brushes you off saying it's not authorized even though the doctor said it was approved. Takes no responsibility for the bad messages when confronted, says they don't send them, but doesn't offer to show problem to those who do send the messages.

Horable customer service and when picking up medication it takes forever or they forget to fill it while your waiting then ask u to wait another 30 minutes after standing in a line for almost 30 minutes already

I called in to check and see if my husband’s migraine meds were ready, and I could barely understand the pharmacy tech. I had to tell him 3 times I couldn’t understand him, for him to tell me there was nothing there. I clarified the doctor’s office told me there was something, because the insurance authorized it, he then cut me off, to then confirm it was there. He then started mumbling again, and finally I just told them I’d be there in a few moments. I waited 45 MINUTES IN LINE.
I am LEGALLY deaf, and use a TTY software, and cannot always use an AI system. They need to speak clearly and speak up!
Most incompetent pharmacy in the entire county. Constantly can't get their information right, interrupt people on the phone and also the red haired women that works here is extremely nasty.
