  We recently reached out to Full Circle Home Care to gather information about services. We felt compelled to leave a review because of the incredible experience we had speaking with Shanell. From the very first call, Shanell was extremely responsive and patient. We had a lot of questions, and she took the time to answer every single one thoroughly without ever making us feel rushed. She was knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, she showed genuine care and concern for our situation. It’s rare to find someone who treats you with such kindness and understanding, especially when you’re just calling to gather information. Shanell went above and beyond to provide guidance and clarity during a time when we truly needed it. She left a lasting positive impression. I would absolutely recommend reaching out to them based on the compassion and professionalism we experienced.

  Do NOT waste your time. You hire them for nursing services and they arent transparent. The nurse wasnt even approved and fully licensed through dda wasted time and energy only for them to keep saying they were done the trainings and were not and from my understanding from the ccs they are still not compliant at least as if Jan 28,2026 over a month after hiring, from what the state employee/ccs said. Advanced rate training to be precise is what they're still not updated on as of the 28th just for clarity.
