  First of all, let me state that I have been coming to this office for years and have only had the most positive experiences;However, this time was different. Since my eye exam in November, I have been in 3 times to have either my prescription or measurements adjusted because I have not been able to wear the newest eyeglasses very long without feeling a sense of dizziness or unfocused vision, seeming to me as if the distance vision is unbalanced, despite the prescription. The receptionist and customer care providers attending to me were wonderful; professional and attentive each and every time, and for that I am grateful. Unfortunately, the Dr. did not even look my way, and spoke to the receptionist as if I were not even there, addressing her with statements that seemed like annoyance with me, statements like " I already changed her prescription to..., " , not even a "hello, I see that this still isn't working for you" or anything like that. Needless to say, I was very disappointed since I thought that I had a rapport with the doctor, and that she cared about supporting me with my vision health. Thank you to the team that did work hard to support me in this process. I look forward to picking up my eye glasses and I am hopeful that the 3rd time is a charm.

  From start to finish, our visits were excellent. Miss Shelley at the front desk did our intake and initial exams with a smile and kindness, the eye exams were efficient, and Miss Syuzanna, who helped us with our glasses and check out was a joy to work with.

  Great experience every time I’ve visited. Syuzana is always really helpful with picking frames and placing my glasses orders, and she’s consistently patient and kind with my kids. She takes the time to answer questions and makes the whole process easy and stress-free.
