Suzanna was not the same, this is my second time being helped by her and still provides the same quality and detailed customer service. Thank you Suzanna for calling and keeping me up to date with my sunglasses. Pearle Vision will be my first option now.

When she was examining my eyes and asked me which was better, I didn’t understand the question so I asked if she meant the lettering I was looking at? Her answer was “ haven’t you been to an eye exam before or what is so hard to understand in what I asked you “ she said this in the coldest and cruelest way I have ever encountered. For a medical professional, this is not only unprofessional but also extremely demeaning. I will never visit this place again. The front desk ladies were very helpful and kind though. I related my experience to the sales person —Syuzanna and she was so empathetic and supportive. I do not recommend this doctor.
