I just called the Pharmacy as a follow-up after the auto responder message I received, a full 7 days ago, regarding my prescription being out of stock. 7 days! When I called, they simply said they don’t have it. Apparently, they have one supplier and if they don’t have it stocked..oh well! They did say that I could call around to locate a store with stock and have my doctor rewrite a prescription. There was a time when Giant went out of their way for customers - sadly, that’s not the case anymore!
I see several old posts (over a year old) about this pharmacy but nothing recent, so I am posting. I have been using this pharmacy for years - I’ve never had any issues. Many people theae days are experiencing negative issues with their prescriptions, availability of their meds for refill, etc - those are insurance issues, not pharmacy issues. The pharmacies cannot do anything about what the insurance companies will approve, or how much and how often they are allowed to fill.
Aside from the pharmacy, this Giant location is not the greatest - an old store that is not in great shape or recieves best quality items (priduce, etc is sub par). I’ve seen customers walk out with baskets of unpaid food and workers do nothing (bad neighborhood).

This pharmacy never has prescriptions and doesn't call or follow-up with prescriptions.
I’ve never had so many issues. I go in to pick up my meds and they’re never ever ready even after getting texts that they are. Recently I waited 40 minutes (and then had to leave before picking them up), got no notice that they were ready ever, came back to be told they were PUT BACK and to wait ANOTHER HOUR. Never again.
