- AAAnastasia3 days ago3.0When I always go the staff aren’t much help. They usually lean on tables on their phones or stand with arms crossed. One time I asked an associate if one of the pairs came in different colors. She said no, very matter of fact-ly. I looked on the app and behold, it actually came in two other colors. I’d say the only person who was kind and helpful has been the manager I believe. Also at one visit, there was one customer who had a lot of questions and concerns while purchasing glasses. As soon as the customer left, two of the associates who helped the customer started giggling and making fun of the situation. Very unprofessional. At least keep it in the break room, no? With this being the closest Warby Parker store to me, I typically enter in to try on pairs but end up purchasing them online because again, the staff don’t really greet, interact or bother to initiate a conversation. I’ve been to many Warby Parker’s in the DMV area and this one has got to be bottom tier in terms of service.
