They did my eye exam and did not record my eye prescription. They keep asking me to check the presciption on the trial lenses that I used and trashed already. How is it that they never recorded the new contact lens prescription? And the other annoying thing is that they already charged me for the new contact lens order before even sending me the new contact lenses. My husband said he has his own displeasure with them as well. Nobody contacts him when his orders arrive there even though they kept saying they will notify him. Never have I experience such incompetence. Avoid them at all cost
