First of all, let me state that I have been coming to this office for years and have only had the most positive experiences;However, this time was different. Since my eye exam in November, I have been in 3 times to have either my prescription or measurements adjusted because I have not been able to wear the newest eyeglasses very long without feeling a sense of dizziness or unfocused vision, seeming to me as if the distance vision is unbalanced, despite the prescription. The receptionist and customer care providers attending to me were wonderful; professional and attentive each and every time, and for that I am grateful. Unfortunately, the Dr. did not even look my way, and spoke to the receptionist as if I were not even there, addressing her with statements that seemed like annoyance with me, statements like " I already changed her prescription to..., " , not even a "hello, I see that this still isn't working for you" or anything like that. Needless to say, I was very disappointed since I thought that I had a rapport with the doctor, and that she cared about supporting me with my vision health. Thank you to the team that did work hard to support me in this process. I look forward to picking up my eye glasses and I am hopeful that the 3rd time is a charm.
