The employees are very kind and the service is top notch. Every concern I had was met with direct responses and quality care. I’ve never experienced that with any provider I’ve ever seen. Small but appreciated gesture. Every staff member I encountered welcomed me as a first time patient and I think those small details are what sets this office apart for me. The front desk staff were super friendly. THE only minor inconvenience was a 15 min wait time, but still reasonable. The hygienist, Hope, was super friendly and thorough in her explanations. She took her time with my cleaning. Also I noticed that her interactions when asking other staff members for assistance was very pleasant and overly respectful. Dr.Davis was friendly, personable and able to relay her concerns in a compassionate manner. As of now I feel comfortable making this my go-to office.

They did not do much to help me because of this reason. Every visit was $100 minimum. My low rating is because I bought my son here after he had an accident in school. Once again no insurance. No problem. The dentist (a woman) basically scolded me and asked me "why are you doing this to him" once she saw my son's cavities. Knowing we had no insurance and that we moved from out of state. We were willing to do dental work here regardless of cost but this very rude and judgemental comment is why I would not come back to this office. Everyone for the most part was kind. The dentist was also kind but her judgement is why I would never let them do work on my child. We are now insured and I still wouldn't pick this office, despite the good reviews.
