  I'm writing this review not based on one experience, but rather my experience over the years. I've gotten used to the pharmacy and the quirks, but all the same, when you stand back and look at it, it's not the best experience. What they are good is the speed of filling refills and the communication via text message. With the app I can scan my bottle, and it sends something to the pharmacy. As long as I have a refill left, it's usually filled within hours. The problem is the new prescriptions sent over. Many times I've had a UTI. The doctor sends something over to the pharmacy. I stop by hours later, and they still haven't filled it. If I hang around, it usually takes an addition 15 minutes. The worst part of the pharmacy is the wait to pick up an Rx. I usually go there at night, and they usually have an older gentleman checking people out. The line is rarely long, typically 2-3 customers ahead of me. But it takes on average 5 minutes to check someone out. Part of that is their system, but mostly it just that they guy moves slowly. I have come in at other times; with different personnel it goes quicker. Would this be my first choice pharmacy? No. And I'm switching at the end of the year.

  Had an appointment for a pediatric vaccine at 6pm and arrived at 5:45pm based on calling to confirm. There was 1 person waiting ahead of me. No one picking up prescriptions. I waited 45 minutes without explanation. This is the slowest customer service I’ve ever experienced with no patrons. They lack regard for their customers time. Avoid!!!!

  Avoid at all costs, the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They told me my medication would be ready Friday, when I get there they say they don't have it and I have to wait until Monday. Monday morning they say it'll be ready in the afternoon. In the afternoon they say they don't have it and to come back Tuesday. Tuesday I call and check, still not ready but they say they'll have it in an hour. I come in 3 hours later, and they say can I wait 45 mins? Completely absurd and I will never be going here again.
