About Us EC Primary Care Physicians, PA, is a pediatrics and primary care practice located in Columbia, Maryland. Nadeem Hashmi, MD, a board-certified pediatrics and neonatal-perinatal medicine physician, and the rest of the compassionate health care staff aim to have a positive impact on those they treat, from infants and children to adults and the elderly. With extended office hours and appointment availability six days a week, patients have extensive access to exceptional care when they need it most. Same-day appointments are often available to accommodate sick patients who need care right away. During a sick visit, the team helps patients feel comfortable and at ease as they diagnose and plan treatment.
