The assistant and doctor were both very friendly and good with kids, which was really great for my daughter since she gets nervous in doctors' offices. The staff was very professional, and we really appreciated Louis' help when picking out glasses! He showed us so many options and helped us pick the best pair for my daughter. Definitely recommend!

The day of the appointment I receieved a call that I returned at my earliest convenince to be told that they dont accept my insurance, so I told them to cancel because why would I pay out of pocket when I have insurance. Was texted later that I now owe $30 for each appointment for same day appointment, even though I was a new patient and never even saw them. I was told thats not their problem. Predatory behavior, how are you charging a new patient who has never been to your practice because you do not accept their insurance?

The front desk staff to the Dr Delgado were amazing! When you are nervous or concerned about symptoms you haven't had before then you go to a place you don't know anyone it is an awesome feeling to know that people truly care about you as the patient and the job they do. Thank you to Dr Delgado and everyone on Saturday that attended to me. Everything he did, told me to do, and go get from pharmacy has already started to work. I will definitely be back once I am better for my annual eye exam. ❣️
