Absolutely terrible experience, in particular Dr. Rena Johnson and her team. I've never experienced such a neglectful non empathetic medical professional, ever!

This review is specifically for Dr. Barbara Clorey who was a pleasure to meet with on 2/25/26 for a back referral. She was extremely thorough and professional. More importantly, she was kind, understanding, patient, and truly listened with empathy. Her calm demeanor is exactly what all patients desire from physicians. She treated me like she would want to be treated if a patient. She was so reassuring and affirming. It was nice to meet a doctor that understands that bedside manner is essential and a welcomed trait when dealing with patients. Thank you, Dr. Clorey. Respectfully, Derrick Hit them straight. LOL!

I’m giving 1 star strictly because of the billing department. The urgent care side is great, and I’m not criticizing the doctors or nurses in primary care, my issue is entirely administrative. After an urgent care visit I continued care here and later received a bill. They set me up with a third-party payment company (HRC Kollect), and I enrolled in a payment plan that wasn’t due for months. I was actively making payments and planned to pay the balance off early. Without any warning or communication, my account was suddenly moved to collections. When I called to ask why this happened while I was following the agreed payment plan, the only explanation I got was: “They can move it to collections at any point.” That makes no sense when a patient is actively paying and still within the agreed timeline. There was no notice, no email, no letter… nothing. Now I have to deal with a collections company and worry about potential credit damage over a situation I was responsibly handling. Looking at other reviews, it seems I’m not the only patient experiencing billing issues. I will finish my allergy shots and already scheduled visits, but after that I plan to seek care elsewhere. Medical care shouldn’t come with this kind of financial stress when patients are trying to do the right thing.
