So I’ve been a patient with Dr. Sisby who I really enjoyed dealing with. He’s been very helpful. The problem is the office and administration. there’s no chance of getting in contact with anyone. Getting a medication refill is out of the question. It has taken me up to two weeks sometimes just to get a response. As I write this, I have been out of medication for two days and can’t even go to work. i’ve been leaving two and three messages a day for almost 2 weeks now. This is a damn shame that they treat their patience like that. At this point, they are forcing me to find another provider because I just can’t deal with them anymore.

Profit driven, uncaring, dangerous. They will let you run out of medication to force extra full price appointments in the form of a 5 minute phone call. Doctors break their own promises and forget what was previously discussed. My wife left each session with more anxiety and negative emotions than before. Unfortunately they will remain in business due to the dire lack of supply in quality care. Save yourself the time, $, and added stress and look elsewhere, even if you need to wait list. The poor ratings are no fluke.

BEWARE of Dr.Thomas Sixbey!!! He is by far the worst psychiatrist I have ever had the experience of dealing with. He takes weeks to respond, processes you when you do talk to him, the only reason why I ended up with him because my old psychiatrist moved out of state. Our first appointment was less than 10 minutes, which would make sense for a follow up / check in but initial meetings are atleast 30 minutes. He doesn’t listen, it’s like talking to a brick wall. Can’t say that I have gotten better with him.

I don't think that the back and forth from both is helpful. It was a complete turn off. The web should not be an open forum to air grievances as such.
