- MMMama MyaApr 3, 20261.0The emergency line on their after hour voice prompt is out of service. This line is reserved for people having a surgical or medication emergency and the number is wrong. During office hours, its impossible to get a hold of an actual person. I have no way to get help but to show up to in person, because this office is all over the place.

She was punctual, incredibly thorough, personable and attentive during my skin cancer check and subsequent biopsy. She and the nurse walked me through the aftercare and gave me clear instructions. I'm grateful for the level of care Mercy provided and would highly recommend her!
