The space was clean and the staff were fairly friendly, including the optometrist. I thought the exam went fine, but at the end, I was led out to the main space again, and asked to sit until someone else could help me finish. When that person finally came over, I realized they wanted me to buy glasses/they wanted to sell me glasses which I wasn't in the market for. No one asked me whether I wanted any new ones (I didn't), so I felt that waiting there was a waste of time instead of allowing me to just check out. In addition, after seeing my new prescription, I don't think the exam was as comprehensive as it could have been. The new prescription had my eyesight actually better than my old prescription which I know is bogus because my current prescription is no longer strong enough. I'll need to go back and ask about the numbers again-- I don't want to order glasses with a bad prescription, and the only reason I got an eye exam was so I could get an updated prescription. I'm disappointed in the overall experience.

This was my first visit to Lens Crafter for an eye exam and to order new glasses. My overall experience was excellent. Each staff member treated me with competent, friendly professionalism and patiently gave knowledgeable answers to my many questions. I would confidently recommend the Hunt Valley Lens Crafter.
