I thought the exam went fine, but at the end, I was led out to the main space again, and asked to sit until someone else could help me finish. When that person finally came over, I realized they wanted me to buy glasses/they wanted to sell me glasses which I wasn't in the market for. No one asked me whether I wanted any new ones (I didn't), so I felt that waiting there was a waste of time instead of allowing me to just check out. In addition, after seeing my new prescription, I don't think the exam was as comprehensive as it could have been. The new prescription had my eyesight actually better than my old prescription which I know is bogus because my current prescription is no longer strong enough. I'll need to go back and ask about the numbers again-- I don't want to order glasses with a bad prescription, and the only reason I got an eye exam was so I could get an updated prescription. I'm disappointed in the overall experience.
