  Extremely disappointing experience involving a delivery driver at the Clinton location. A delivery driver arrived slightly early for a scheduled oxygen tank delivery and knocked on the office door while standing outside with clearly visible medical oxygen tanks and wearing a full work uniform. Instead of anyone simply checking the door or asking who was there, the police were called on him while he was trying to do his job. When the officers arrived and realized he was there for a routine delivery, the situation quickly de-escalated, but it should never have reached that point. Calling the police on someone who is clearly performing a delivery creates a dangerous and unnecessary situation that could have escalated far beyond what it did. What is even more concerning is the dismissive response that followed, which focused on defending the decision rather than acknowledging how serious and inappropriate this situation was. Delivery drivers, vendors, and service workers interact with businesses every day and deserve basic communication and respect, not police intervention for knocking on a business door. Incidents like this raise serious concerns about judgment and how situations involving members of the public are handled. I hope leadership takes the time to properly review what happened and ensure that delivery workers and service providers are treated with professionalism and common sense moving forward.

  I've been coming to Horizon for years and the service never seems to drop off. It gets better. Just got my teeth cleaned today and the front desk staff was awesome, friendly and professional as usual. My hygienist was very thorough but gentle during the process as usual. The office is always clean and I will continue to come and recommend them to others.

  Dr Qi , is very thorough and professional because he cares about his patients comfort level as he constantly pulse to make sure you don't experience any discomfort while performing top notch procedures. He's simply the BEST!!!
