I recently moved to MD because my husband is in the military. I decided to try out this gym because it was close and it also seemed to have great classes, specifically Pilates. When I went in, I was greeted and asked for my ID since I decided to trial the gym. I got my ID and was told that I might need a lock. The lady at the front desk gave it to me and then said that I’m supposed to get a tour but I will get it after my experience is over. I was a little confused because I’ve never been to this gym and would have preferred the tour before I went in versus after, but it wasn’t a big deal. The gym is beautiful and I love that the dry sauna is in the women’s locker room. It also looked to have plenty of space and enough equipment. Something that I noticed that was weird though was that there was not a single water fountain in sight. Thankfully, I already had water, but as a gym, not having water available is unheard of. I’ve joined plenty of gyms in my life and this was the first gym that didn’t have anything out. At the end of my visit, I went back to get my ID. I then asked about membership. Both front desk workers took turns filling me in. One of them exited the conversation to help another client. As the worker that was helping me about the hours of operation for the kids club, I kid you not, the worker looked up at a client and completely stopped talking mid conversation. It was about 5 seconds. He then refocused on me and took a moment to remember what he was talking to me about. It was fine but as he continued telling me more, the other client, that mesmerized the one talking to me, was up at the front waiting, maybe with a question. He literally just walked away from me as he was talking to me, to help her. I’m not sure if this is normal for this location but I’ve never had such a bizarre gym experience. When he walked away, I just figured I wasn’t going to wait and left. I never got the tour either. I would love to join this gym but I’m not sure if my interactions would bring me back to join this specific location.

This is the best gym I've ever been to in my life. I'm 35yrs old, and this place has drastically changed my quality of life for the better. I'm really happy.

I’ve had a great experience at OneLife Fitness. The new equipment is a huge plus, and there’s a solid variety of classes that actually fit different fitness levels and goals. The boxing gym is an added bonus it really sets this place apart—and the instructors are elite: knowledgeable, motivating, and clearly invested in what they do. Overall, it’s a well-rounded gym that delivers on quality. Highly recommended.

Ohh, my goodness, I went there
with my BFF to engage in the water aerobics. On 12/19/2025 at 6am class the aerobic instructor was very welcoming.Energetic, enthusiastic and involved with her new as myself client to do the class. The class was very fun and detailed. We the class was over, I wanted to keep going. This is not bad its great! It boosted my energy.
I wanted to recognize the instructor. When I'm in town again I will return and suggest others to come as well!! Thank you for a great eye opening and energetic experience.
