- RSRobert ShraderOct 25, 20241.0Been taking care of my father for past 2 weeks. He uses Giant Pharmacy. I’ve had to come several times to pick up prescriptions for him. First time I came they said his prescription would be ready at noon. They didn’t fill it till 3pm. Second time same thing. Third time I had him call and verify it was ready before I went. They verified it was ready and low and behold it was not. Made me wait another 30 minutes. Now I’m here a 4th time I personally called to check if ready and they verified it would be ready at 12. I show up at 1pm and it’s not ready again and I’m sitting around. Consistently waste my time. 1 person working counter with line of 6-7 people. Poorly managed and poor communication.
