- EJErica JenkinsDec 19, 20211.0DO NOT FILL PRESCRIPTIONS HERE OR GET VACCINATED UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT IN LINE FOREVER AND LEAVE WITH NOTHING!! Awful service. I got a text saying my prescription was ready but they needed my insurance information. I showed up to pick up my prescription and presented my insurance card. This same card worked at Walgreens, CVS and Giant pharmacy’s and should be applicable here. The rep told me she needed to see my CVS insurance card. I said I don’t have it. And asked what the problem is with my regular insurance. (Which covers prescriptions) She said it wasn’t applicable. She asked for the number to CVS where I last used visited. I provided it. She said I couldn’t get my prescription until the next day. I asked how much it was out of pocket because I need my prescription, I’m very sick. She said $30 and I can have my medicine today. I said so what you’re telling me is that my prescription is ready now, but you’re going to wait to call CVS to get insurance info so I can save on my prescription and get it tomorrow…. Instead of just calling now. She said yes. I called my health Insurance company and asked if my insurance was accepted at Harris Teeter and they said yes. So basically this place stole money from me, because they did not apply my insurance. Just so I could get my medicine. I will not be coming here for my prescriptions ever again. Thieves and liars!
