  Received a voicemail saying my prescription was ready, got there an hour later to be told nothing was ready. Called back the next day and explained this, young woman says she’ll check and the line disconnects after putting me on hold. Disgustingly unprofessional

  I have experienced a very disrespectful, stressful, hostile, and argumentative attitude from the clerk Johnna, who was not wearing a visible name tag for identification. She has frequently displayed an extremely unfriendly, hateful, and racist attitude. When I asked her to enter my reward number, she ignored me and responded with hostility. Later, when I requested to speak with her direct manager, she showed complete indifference. The pharmacist also seemed unconcerned about my complaint regarding Johnna’s repeated provocative behavior. Most of the staff in that pharmacy are very professional and friendly, except for clerk Johnna. Is she exempt from responsibility, or allowed to behave this way because she is racist or considers herself above the rules? I have already contacted the main corporation, and depending on their response, I will decide whether to continue with this pharmacy or transfer my business elsewhere. ****** Update ,I received a phone call from the assistant manager, and I hope that clerk learns to treat customers with more respect.

  The prices are low, and they match the price of the adjacent store's pharmacy when it has lower prices. The store is clean and well maintained. The staff is polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and competent. The orders are ready before the time promised. Their automatic call back works well. However, it is not consistently updated after a sale, but the message states that if you have picked up your order within the last 48 hours to ignore the call.
